How Limestone Hills Coordinates Care
Coordinated care at Limestone Hills runs on three principles. The first: handoffs are managed by Dr. Viecilli, not handed to the patient as a list of phone numbers. Referral letters and imaging are sent directly between offices, not given to the patient to relay. The second: progress reports flow both ways at every transition. When a Limestone Hills patient sees a partner, the partner’s findings are documented in the primary case record and the next orthodontic step is sequenced around them. The third: each partner bills the patient or insurance for their own scope. The orthodontic fee covers orthodontic work; the partner fee covers the partner’s work; the patient is not double-charged through a single orthodontic invoice.
