Who Qualifies for the Military Discount

Active duty service members across all branches (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, Space Force). Veterans who have completed their service. Reserve and National Guard members. Military spouses with dependent ID. The discount applies to the service member or spouse. One discount per patient.
What to bring: DoD military ID (CAC), DD-214 (veterans), VA health card, or dependent/spouse ID. Eligibility is verified at the first visit. One discount per patient. Cannot be combined with other offers.

Yes. The $500 discount reduces your total treatment cost. Your insurance benefits are applied separately on top of that. Your out-of-pocket amount is the discounted price minus whatever your insurance covers. Limestone Hills Orthodontics accepts all major PPO dental plans and files claims on the patient’s behalf.

Can I use financing with the discount?

Yes. OrthoSync, Cherry, and CareCredit all apply to the already-discounted price. The discount is subtracted first, then your payment plan is calculated on the lower amount.

All comprehensive orthodontic treatment: metal braces, clear ceramic braces, self-ligating braces, Invisalign, and Angel Aligners. Retainer-only and braces-removal-only cases do not qualify for community discounts.
